1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small records a browser can store and send to a website with requests. localStorage is a separate browser store: its records are not automatically included in network requests. Rules about storing information on a device can apply to both technologies, not just cookies.

The public website does not set HTTP cookies or install advertising or analytics trackers. Ordinary technical requests made when loading the website and server logs are described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Language preference: ugc-language

Stores ru or en only after you manually choose a language. On a first visit, the website detects the browser language without creating this record. The preference remains in the browser until changed or until site data is cleared, and is not sent to us.

3. Theme preference: ugc-theme

Stores light or dark after you manually switch the appearance. Automatically using the system theme does not by itself create a record. The preference remains until changed or until site data is cleared, and is not sent to us.

4. Informational notice: ugc-cookie-notice

After you select “Got it”, the notice version and dismissal time are saved. This avoids showing the same notice on every page. The record is used for 180 days; after that, the website shows the notice again and removes the expired record on your next visit. It contains no user identifier and is not sent to us.

“Got it” dismisses the notice; it is not consent to advertising, analytics, profiling or processing by other services. The notice does not request consent for cookie categories that are not in use.

5. How to manage browser data

You can change the language and theme using the website controls. Reopen the notice using “Cookies and browser data” in the footer. To delete records, use the site data or privacy section in your browser settings. After clearing them, the website will use browser defaults again and show the notice.

If your browser blocks localStorage, the main pages remain available, but appearance preferences and notice dismissal may not be remembered between visits. Calculator inputs and registration form information are not included in these records. If the partner workspace uses separate login or session technologies, their purpose and duration must be disclosed in its interface or policy.

6. External websites and future changes

Telegram, email services and individual products may use their own storage technologies. Their rules apply when you move to them. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added to the public website, this policy will be updated, and choices and prior consent will be provided before they run where required by law.
