Privacy Policy

This policy explains data handling on the public UGC Partners website. For privacy questions and rights requests, contact info@ugc.partners.

1. Scope

This policy covers the ugc.partners landing page, knowledge base, registration forms and partnership enquiries, including setting up and supporting a partner account based on a form. The project name is UGC Partners. Individual products and external platforms may have their own policies; this page does not describe how they process their users’ data.

2. Data that may be processed

When a page loads, your browser sends technical information to the website infrastructure: an IP address, the requested URL, request time, browser and device information, and a referrer if your browser sends one. Some of this information may be included in technical logs used to operate and protect the website.

If you choose to contact the team by email or Telegram, we receive your message, contact details and any materials you choose to send. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive information unless there is a separately agreed need and a secure way to provide them.

3. The form and calculator

When you submit a registration form, you provide your name, email, country, preferred contact method and corresponding contact details, partner role, platform links and audience or traffic information. Depending on the role, this may include topics, audience countries, follower count, reach and engagement, traffic sources and volume, placement formats, tracker, preferred payment model and integration requirements. We may also record the submission date, application status, consent record and related correspondence.

Forms are used to register and review applications, assess suitability for available products, contact you, prepare a partnership and set up or support a partner account. Required fields are marked in the form; without them, we may be unable to review an application. Optional information is provided at your choice. The form is not intended for payment credentials or identity documents: if they are needed for payouts, the purpose, method and processing conditions will be explained separately.

The calculator runs in your browser and does not by itself send its values to us. Audience information is provided only if you include it in a submitted form. Applications are reviewed with team involvement; the calculator does not make automated decisions about partnership eligibility or other decisions with legal effects.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Technical information is used to deliver pages, keep the website working, investigate faults and protect against misuse. Enquiries and forms are used to respond, register and review applications, discuss cooperation and take steps you request. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to promotional mailing lists; separate marketing consent is requested where required. Browser preferences are used only for the purposes described in the Cookie Policy.

Depending on applicable law, a legal basis may be responding and taking steps at your request before an agreement, performing an agreement or a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in operating a secure website while respecting your rights. Where consent is required for particular processing, it must be obtained separately; visiting the website is not consent to advertising or optional tracking.

5. Access and external services

Access to forms, enquiries and technical information is limited to the tasks of the team and providers supporting hosting, application processing, technical maintenance and communication channels. Providers receive only the information needed for their tasks. We do not use public website data to sell advertising audiences. No third-party advertising pixels or analytics trackers are currently installed on the website.

After you move to Telegram, an email service or a separate product, that service also handles data under its own rules. Information may be disclosed to public authorities or others where required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights.

6. Retention and security

Forms and messages are retained for the time needed to review, respond and prepare a partnership; if cooperation begins, they are retained to support the partner account and fulfil agreed obligations. After review or cooperation ends, information is kept only where justified, for example for settlements, resolving a dispute or complying with law, taking applicable claim periods into account. Technical log retention depends on operational and security needs; logs should not be retained longer than those purposes require. Browser storage periods are described in the Cookie Policy.

The website uses HTTPS connections. We take proportionate access control and security measures, but no method of transmission or storage provides absolute security. You can contact us to ask about the continued retention of your enquiries.

7. International processing

Users and communication or infrastructure providers may be located in different places, so processing may involve more than one country. Where applicable law requires a specific basis or safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must meet those requirements. Contact info@ugc.partners for information about recipients and applicable safeguards.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and receive portable data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some rights have exceptions, such as a legal obligation to retain information.

Email info@ugc.partners with your request and the contact details you previously used. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect data, without requesting excessive documentation. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.

9. Children’s data

The public website is not intended to specifically collect children’s data. If you believe a child has provided information to us without the required permission, contact info@ugc.partners. Any possibility of working with a minor is assessed separately under the requirements of their country.

10. Policy updates

We update this page when the website’s operation changes. The revision date appears above. New processing purposes or optional technologies must be described before they are used, with consent and notices provided where required.
