These terms cover the public ugc.partners website, knowledge base and informational tools of the UGC Partners project.
1. About the website and these terms
UGC Partners is the name of a project that develops its own digital products and works with content creators and traffic partners. Contact info@ugc.partners with questions about these terms.
The public website introduces the project and partnership opportunities. Visiting the website, viewing an estimate or submitting a registration form does not by itself create a partnership agreement, subscription or payment obligation. Terms for individual products and partnership launches are agreed separately.
2. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the infrastructure or bypass security controls. Do not provide another person’s personal data without an appropriate basis.
If you contact us on behalf of another person or organisation, you must have the appropriate authority. Entering into a separate partnership agreement requires the legal capacity required by applicable law.
3. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, design, logo, illustrations and software elements are subject to applicable intellectual property rules. You may read the materials, share links and quote them to the extent permitted by law, with source attribution. Other use, including use of the logo in advertising, requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your content to UGC Partners. Permissions to use creative assets and materials in a partnership are agreed separately.
4. Information and the calculator
The calculator shows a modelled range in US dollars, not actual performance data, an offer or an earnings guarantee. Its result depends on your inputs and the model’s assumptions; actual performance depends on the product, audience, traffic quality and launch terms.
Knowledge base content is general information and is not a substitute for individual legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Check how the information applies to your circumstances before making important decisions.
5. External services and data
Links to Telegram, email and third-party resources lead outside this website. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Data handling on this website is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain the website and correct reported errors, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or information free from inaccuracies. Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance and security. If you find an error or vulnerability, report it to info@ugc.partners without exposing another person’s data.
Each party’s responsibility is governed by applicable law and any agreements entered into. These terms do not exclude mandatory user rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The current version is published on this page with its update date. Changes do not cancel existing rights or separate agreements. Material changes that require notice or consent by law will be applied in accordance with those requirements.
The Russian and English versions are intended to convey the same meaning. If you notice a discrepancy or have a complaint, contact info@ugc.partners. Contacting us does not restrict your right to use remedies available under applicable law.
